How It Works

Step 1: Review our pricing & packages

Ready to get started? The first step is to review our pricing and packages. Please keep in mind there may be additional travel fees for certain areas. We will discuss any potential travel fees during step 2.

Step 2: Request a price quote & schedule your appointment

To request a price quote & request preferred dates to photograph your short term rental property simply click the button below and fill out the form, our team will respond within 24 hours to discuss your request.

Step 3: Get your vacation rental ready for photos

We strongly encourage you to hire professional cleaners and/or stagers to help get the property photo ready prior to our arrival. Not sure what needs to be done? Download this checklist that details how to get your VRBO ready for a Five Star photo shoot.

Step 4: We arrive to Photograph your property

Your Five Star Property Photographer will arrive on the agreed upon date & time to photograph your property. You will provide access to the property ahead of time. You do not need to be present and in fact we encourage you NOT to be present on the day of your appointment. Our photographers work best when left alone to focus on their creative work.

Step 5: Download your photos & Upload to VRBO, AirBNB, etc

We will email a link to your finished photos within 7 business days of your appointment. Download your photos/videos via the link we provide and upload to AirBNB, VRBO, etc per the instructions on each website you have your property listed on.
